I downloaded family locator on a phone on my account this afternoon. I signed up online to add it to that line and went online to try it out. I keep getting stuck in the activation process where it errors out and tells me to make sure I installed the familiy locator app on the phone. I did a couple of times and rebooted the phone as well. Now when I click activate on the website, the child phone will show the chaperone app and say locating then disappear.
Any ideas what might be wrong before I call in?
