How Do I Change My Plan??

It just occured to me after my first bill that I was paying way to much for my service. I am paying $103.43

Nationwide Select 450 $59.99
Email & Web for SMARTPHONE $29.99
Taxes & Surcharges $13.45

So I realized if I get the 450 Connect Plan for $69.99 I would be better off. So I tried to change my plan but when I tried to do so it says that my Eris needs to be upgraded. How do I do this?

No smartphones are compatible with the connect plan. If you want to lower the bill, get rid of the texting or the smartphone. Only options
