Does Facetime function with Unlimited Data Plan?

I came across some information on AT&T's Facebook account where an iPhone 5 user claims she found out her Facetime feature on her iPhone 5 doesn't work because AT&T restricts users who are on Unlimited Data, from using the phone's feature.

Is Verizon's plan configured in the same way?  I'm thinking of buying an iPhone 5 but it has less appeal if the Facetime feature doesn't function on the Unlimited Data Plan which I still have on my account.

Face time isent restricted over here but there will be no unlimited if you don't pay full retail unless you have another line upgrade or add a line. That's Verizon hitch like Atat unlimited no FaceTime.
