Visual Voicemail Not Working

I set up my visual voicemail successfully upon getting my iphone a few weeks ago, but just noticed that it has somehow "un set-up." That is, when I click on the voicemail button, I don't get the normal visual voicemail screen that lists my messages. Rather I get a key pad and an automatic call to the "message management system." And no one can leave me a voicemail. Is there any way I can fix this without restoring my phone?

None of the steps on that page work... I have already tried them. When I try to access voicemail my phone dials, and I get a recording that says "welcome to the message management system," and tells me to enter the mailbox for which I would like to leave a message. Nothing about setting up my voicemail. I would appreciate your help on this, ASAP. Thank you.

Go to SETTINGS > GENERAL > RESET > RESET NETWORK SETTINGS. Your phone will reset and you can set up your voicemail from scratch.
