HELP!!!!! Trying to switch plans.

I currently have the $50 unlimited everything plan for Verizon PrePaid. I only put $20 on it for this month. I need help on figuring out how to switch my plan to the $20 unlimited messaging?! CAN ANYBODY HELP ME :smileysad: My phone is shut off rightnow and I need it on. :smileysad:

I am shocked that your phone is shut of usually if you do not have the money in your account to pay the monthly plan you have you revert to the .25 a min plan. You should be able to change the plans on the my verizon page. Under plans you will have to change to one of the other 3 plans and then find features and that is where you sign up for the txting plans.
