PUK code for the sim card??????

I am having issues with my stratusphere it is asking for a PUK code to unlock sim card what is this? I am unable to do anything on my phone this will not go away

You probably accidentally locked the sim card from your settings! It happens sometimes!

The fix is pretty simple though. Give customer care a call at 1-800-922-0204 and have them look up your PUK code from their system! Once you enter it, you're phone will be unlocked!
