Is anyone else having problems with the RingCentral App. We recently switched from Sprint to Verizon. We have two different phones on Verizon (Droid Razr Maxx HD, Samsung Galaxy S3) and RingCentral doesn't correctly calibrate and thus when we make calls via RingCentral the recipient can't hear our voice. I've been on the phone for over 2 hours with RingCentral and they can't fix the problem. They suggested I contact Verizon. Anyone have a suggestion or have had a similar problem. RingCentral thinks it has to do with the microphones. Please help if you can! This is our business line and I am either going to have to switch back to Sprint or find a whole new VOIP.
