Verizon took almost $370.00 out of my account for a Galaxy tablet that was actually an exchange for a defective tablet. So I have paid for two new tablets but only have one and I have spoken with three people who all said my money would be refunded back to my card. I was finally told today that it is not possible for them to refund my money, they can only credit my verizon account. So they can take my money, money they are not entitled to, but they cannot give it back? A credit on my account will be there for probably close to a year before it gets used up. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and hopefully they will help me, but I have to say I have never been more disappointed in a company's customer service as I am with verizon. Has anyone else had a similar problem?
