I am a current Sprint customer who is thinking about switching my service to Verizon. I called their 800 number a couple of times and asked to speak to a sales rep. Both times I was kept on hold a long time (almost 10 minutes) before giving up. If their response time for sales is so poor, it makes me wonder about their technical support if there is a problem. I am curious to know how Verizon customers rate their customer service and technical support. Thanks.
