iPhone help!!

My iPhone is having problems and I have to send it into Apple to get a fixed but in the mean while I need a phone. Could my old env touch act as a temporary replacement with the data plan? And if so how to I activate it with going to Verizon and once I get my IPhone back will I be able to activate it without going to the Verizon store?!? Thanks:)

I'm sorry to learn you're having problems with your iPhone katie112. Have you already sent it in to be fixed? You are able to activate your old phone by powering off your iPhone, power on the enV, and then dial *228 [send], option 1. Then follow prompts to complete activation. Once you get the iPhone back, you can do the same thing to activate it. (Power off enV, turn on iPhone, dial *228 [send], option 1.)



As long as you activate your iPhone, or any Smartphone within 14 days, you will be able to get your data plan back. Or you can have an Unlimited Data plan on you enV, if you currently have it.
