more specifics please.
i have a message that says congrats on your purchased ringtone and i go to message options to download it to phone or save and those options are not there the only options i have are
lock
forward
set new event
view message details
delete
don't know about ringtone but to download other attachments I tap and hold a space within the message NOT the actual link or attachment itself. Then you should get a pop-up to save.
Hey there, just got a new LG Lucid phone also & experiencing the same problem and @Brian68, tap & hold the "bubble" and you get the drop down list as Ken said, nothing about "saving" shows up, no matter what you do, very frustrating.
Don't know what to tell you works for me on videos and pics. I've never tried to download a ringtone.
