How Often Does Data Update?

Because it is now the 13th and mine is stuck on the 11th in my account. And yes I used data everyday including the 11th, yesterday and today, yet it hasn't updated for 2 days. Also, my wifi was off yesterday and today as it is everyday during the day as I have no wifi access. Calls are current for today and messaging is current, just not data. Things that make you go hmmmm.

When does your billing cycle end? It might normally be a 24 to 48 hours behind. Longer at the end of the billing cycle since they freeze to to generate your bill.
