How can I remove a restricted call?

I received a call last night on my Samsung Stratosphere that read "restricted call" and couldn't answer it. Big Problem since it was my doctor whom I had called in an emergency. I have not placed any restrictions on any numbers, in fact I didn't know you could. Looking at my services on-line, I don't see any restrictions. Help!

Do you have 'Usage Controls" that allow you to block restricted, unavailable, or private calls on your phone line? I did and forgot so the police couldn't contact me either. There is a box in Manage Your Safe Guards under Usage Controls where you can uncheck it and are able to receive restricted calls if applicable. Hope this helps.
