Is there any way to retrieve the info from a cleared call log? I saw another discussion that said it could be done on the My Verizon site, but I can't find it for the life of me.

Yes, you can view your call log on your on-line MyVerizon account (assuming you are the Account Owner and logged in as such). Once you're logged on, look under My Usage and click the blue Usage Details. Select the appropriate line at the top of the page, then under the Voice Minutes chart, click the blue View Call Details.
