I have a vortex stuck on verizon screen saying downloading do not unplug,please help!
It sounds like it was trying to download and install a system update.

The error states that a software update is downloading to your device. If the device has been on this screen for hours, then I would be concerned. Please remove the battery from the device to stop the update downloading. Place the battery back in the device, then power the device on.
