need help !

Hi there !

Can anybody tell me how can I change my monthly data plan ? I'm currently on the 1GB data usage plan , but I want to change it to the 300 MB plan.

I tried changing it here on verizon wireless website , but it's not working !

Are you on the Share Everything plan or a different plan? I don't think the 300 MB is available except in certain situations with the Share Everything plan.
