Keeping Home, Menu, Back, and Search lit

I would like the four bottom buttons to stay lit, or at least control how they stay lit somehow.

Any ideas, or I am I missing something? Thx!

I dont think there is a setting for it, but the sensor for those is to the left of the Verizon slash. If you cover that up, they will light.

As for shutting them off....black tape!
