My phone recently stopped working. Would I be able to purchase a prepaid phone and activate it on my regular plan?
Hi mcfarland1,Sorry to hear that your phone is not functioning anymore. Has it been reviewed to see what can be done? Pre-paid phones need to be active a minimum of 6 months to be able to be moved to a post-paid account. A brand new pre-paid phone won't be able to be used. Please tell me more on your current model to see what can be done. If it's unrepairable we do have phones available at a more affordable rate through our certified pre-owned device program.
