I would like to change the primary account holder on my plan. I want to keep the same phones and plan, just change the person who is paying the bill. How can I begin this process?

Hello C6400, Great question! The process is called an Assumption of Liability. The current account holder would call our customer service line at 800-922-0204 or *611 from their cell to give authorization for the other user to take over the lines. Once authorization is given the person assuming the lines would call customer service and ask for our Assumption of Liability team. We will then run a credit check to determine their eligibility to become and account holder and continue the process from there.
