There are two lines on my family share plan. One of the lines lost its insurance coverage due to too many claims, but the other line still has insurance. I know you can transfer a phone upgrade from one line to another, but is it possible to transfer an eligible insurance claim from one line to another? That way, we could get that phone replaced without having to buy a new one.
