LG Ally and Messenger

Does anyone know how to use messenger (windows live messenger) on the Ally? I put the info in for my contacts, but I have no idea how to message them. Have tried tapping their Live info from contact screen when I know they are online and nothing happens.

Hi.  I understand you need help messaging someone in Windows Live.  I can certainly help you from here.   In order to instant message people, you will need an application that will allow you to do so  

 

What instant messaging application are you using?

 

If you are not using an application, just go into your Android Market and search for "Windows Live".   Several will come up for you to use.  After you login with your information, it will bring up your buddy list so you can message each other.
