So here is my situation. I have been with verizon since Feburary of this year. I got a free droid 3 when I signed up for service, I am already on my second one. The first one stoppe recognizing headphones, it just wouldn't play music to headphones no matter what pair I used, so I got it replaced no big deal, I have the insurance. My second Droid 3 was working fine until recently, when the down button on the volume rocker stopped working so I either have to keep my volume all the way op or go in to the system settings, or use a widget to turn the volume down. These are minor problems, but this is the second phone with this issue, and I really don't want another droid 3, how do I get another phone, as I don't want another d3, as I am becoming convinced they are defective
