How do I add Outlook Calendar to my phone?

I have an LG Enlighten and I'd like to sync my Outlook 2010 to my phone.  My phone is currently synced with my Google can I remove Google and re-sync with Outlook or just add Outlook so it sync's with both.  I could sync Outlook with Google then Google would sync with my phone but that's a workaround that I only want to do if necessary.

This isn't really possible without linking your Outlook calendar to your Google calendar.  Google Calendar Sync with Outlook is no longer supported by Google, but I believe you can still find the necessary (free) download at http://google-calendar-sync.en.softonic.com/
