Droid music management

Hey guys, I was hoping to get some help with a few questions about my new Droid. I followed the directions of the guy in the Verizon store about adding music. I connected my Droid to my PC and dragged my music onto it. However, I found that a lot of the songs were added multiple times, so I have the same song on there 4 or 5 times, taking up lots of the memory and prohibiting me from adding all of my music. Is there a way to manage/delete these extra song copies without doing it individually? Is there a different way to load music that may prevent this in the future? And lastly, how do I create playlists. You're help will be greatly appreciated!!!

There might be settings on your computer that are set up for you to receive multiple downloads when transferring files between  the PC and your phone. Try checking all the settings on your computer that deals with transferring files to see if there is an option to change them. You can test this by transferring one song to your phone and see if it comes multiple times.

To add a song from the music library to a playlist, touch and hold the song then touch Add to playlist. Choose an existing playlist, or touch New

to create a new playlist.
