Is LTE down on a tower in Franklin, TN

I have several co-workers who are all on Verizon, none of us seem to be able to get LTE coverage at our location.  But we did have coverage about 3 or 4 weeks ago, and it was steady coverage for at least the past year.  Is there any way to tell if a tower is down/malfunctioning near Franklin, TN 37064?
