Downloading apps to new phone

As I mentioned here, my phone's screen has died, 7 weeks before I'm due for an upgrade. I bought a used phone of the same model (Samsung Stratosphere) on eBay, and when it comes I'll need to download all my apps from Google Play again. I've looked there, and I can't find a simple, one-click way to download them all. Will I have to go through them one at a time to download them, or does anyone know of a way to download them all at once?

Its doubtful you will have to restore 100's of apps so one at a time will be ok. How to is at link here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/113410?hl=en

Sometimes, apps download automatically once you sign in with the same GMail account that you used on your previous phone. However, this has been inconsistent for me and I can't figure out how to make it happen all times that I sign in to a new device.

I have many apps on my phone as well and I know it can be time consuming to download them when switching devices. Having my phone personalize is important to me so I know how you're feeling.

As others have mentioned, when you activate the new phone and add your Gmail account some, if not most, of the app should download as well. You can also launch the Play store and select Menu and select My Apps. There you will see all the apps you've downloaded and you should have the option to download them again.
