I'm surprised I was not notified of the policy and subsequent action to record and give away my phone communications. Normally when national policy decisions, no matter how grotesque, force businesses to change their customer contracts (credit cards) a notice is given and adequate time allowed for the customer to respond.
When will Verizon provide details on which communications were recorded and handed over? When will Verizon inform it's customers of the actions it was apparently forced to take?
