someone stole my iphone 4s. i tried tracking the phone on i phone finder but it appears the phone is offline. Any other ways to tract a phone that's turned off?
No. If a phone is not turned on and/or the battery has died there is no way to track the phone.
There is also no way to track it if the phone is not receiving a cellular signal.
