Anybody else out there think that it is positively crazy for Verizon to throw away a loyal customer (over 16 years) and lose an estimated income of over $40,000 over two upgrade fees (totaling $60) that they refuse to waive? How many customers will they have to lose before loyalty pays off? I think I can go to any carrier to be screwed....I don't have to stay with one that doesn't reward loyalty.
