I just got off the phone with customer service and with the help of 1 supervisor and 3 techs we still could not find out how to save 911 emergency calls in contacts for the HTC Droid however on the Motorola droid they where able to save 911 in contacts. I can't even find out how to save 911 to speed dial the reason I wanted to do this is because if I save it in my favorites then if an emergency arises my 6 year old son can just hit one button and get help if he ever needs to assist his mother or myself. I feel it was very irresponsible of HTC for designing a phone and software void of this feature and equally irresponsible of Verizon for distributing so a half baked product. I suggest you get this resolve in very short order. I am very angry with you because this is a awesome phone how dare you be so careless. Respond.
