ok guys heres a really cool question i have about 5 different remotes in my living room is there a program that allows the droid to control

also can it be programed for home garage and car alarm system????????????

if there is anybody out there that now of an app of know if there is one being made please hook u fellow droid user up i think it would be so cool (i need to copyright that ) smiles

I haven't found a type of remote control of the kind you want. The only remote that I know of is the app called Gmote for your computer only. You can start & control movies, music from a distance. Your phone acts like a remote.

The Droid does not have an infrared transmitter which would be required to replace the functionality of TV/cable remotes. There is a TiVo remote app but it uses the TiVo's network connection and Droid's WiFi to send commands to it.
