My phone recently stopped receiving incoming calls. I can call out, I can text and use data but when the number is called there is no ring or any history of an inbound call. This is not a speaker or sound issue as the phone does not show a missed call.
Otherwise the phone is very good except doing the one function it must do, receive calls. I use this as a work phone so I need to have this function.
Things I have tried:
Reseting the phone
Power-down
checking the SIM card
