If Verizon would like to retain me as a customer, they will have someone contact me asap. Apparently there is no way for me to reach a person at Verizon to discuss my improperly suspended account.
I feel bad for you but Verizon is generally contemptuous toward their customers. My contract ends July 22nd, and I will be switching. I have an account with 4 phones and I have to pay a 30+ upgrade fee to get a new "free" phone upgrade? So a customer service rep can activate the phone? Then they have the nerve to try and upsell me for a case and micro SD card for $65 that I can get on Amazon.com for half that much. That is simply gouging. There is nothing customer oriented in any of Verizon's service or offerings. They are simply geared toward getting you signed up so they can extract as much $$$ as possible with the least amount of their own effort. For the privilege I pay over $300/month for the four phones.
