recently i reluctantly upgraded to a smartphone for the first time. i talked to 3 different representatives before making the final decision to purchase. Two of the representatives quoted me the same price the third we never got that far. All 3 were very polite and helpful. It was weird that they only asked for a survey from the first representative but not the one that actually helped with hooking up my new phone. i got my first bill and knew it would be a little "whacked" but i had a question. I called and got a Mr. Jeremiah (refused to give last name) mind you i the other 3 i had their last names and even .e-mail or text correspondence but not Mr.Jeremiah from Indiana. I questioned my bill and he informed i had been quoted the wrong amounts and in addition my employee discount had been eliminated. I asked him was there a customer service department where i could discuss this matter and he rudely informed me "you got it" and i could go no further. I feel like when you buy a new car the sales people cant do enough for you BUT after the sale and you drive off that lot you're just another sale. Mr. Jeremiah did tell me to have a nice day!!!!!! I had been debating about keeping the wireless house phone and sharing the positive side of the purchase but now i can drop the house phone and let people know "GET IT IN WRITING FIRST" Thanks Verizon
