Do I get my $400 deposit back?

I just opened an account with Verizon five days ago, and the service is absolutely horrible in my area so I want to return my device and cancel service (I'm still in my 14 day return window) I'm just wondering will I get my $400 deposit back and the phone I traded in to pay for the phone I have now?

The refund, yes, the phone back probably not - it's probably already been refurbished and set up for someone else
