Poor service in my home....

Frustrated that I cannot get good service in my home. Service is fine at my in laws in the boondocks outside Harrisburg, Pa, but in Upper Allen Twp, I have issues. I have been loyal for 15 years, and I am getting no where. Told te only option is a signal booster and I have to pay $250. Sprint will give the booster for free, do I need to switch?

If you want to continue being a loyal customer, I mean 15 years is alot, pay the 250. It's a one time thing, you may be able to just add it to your next bill, you may even be able to put a tower on your property, you get to keep it forever.

The point is why pay? Other providers will give I to me for free, what is more important? Give a piece of equipment and keep a customer for $2500 per year or lose one?

Well, to be honest, you don't know how the other company might work. I've heard of bad experiences from Sprint, just be careful.
