all the my verizon site will do is tell me i already have the account set up (no duh) from there I can go no further. I'm extremely frustrated at having wasted way too much time on what should have been a simple task!
i've also tried hooking my stratosphere to the pc with a usb cord, i get no options to transfer that way either! I'm far from computer illiterate getting p-d off

We don't want you to have to waste any more time than needed. Exactly what information are you trying to access within the cloud storage?When you to to http://www.verizonwireless.com/wcms/consumer/products/verizon-cloud.htmland click the hyperlink that says, "Already a Verizon Cloud user? Manage your content on the web" it will take you through the email and contacts that have been sent to the cloud. Are you looking for additional items sent to the cloud? I am having the same problem. The link you provided tells me I have access to the cloud, which I already know. But how do I ACTUALLY get to the cloud? None of the tutorials answer this question.
Log into your account, select MyVerizon, > MyDevice, > View All > Manage Contacts and Media
This will take you to cloud setup screen for syncing your contacts/email/media with your pc.
