A trip to England sounds amazing, jakbqik! We certainly do have a data plan that can be used while traveling! Visit vzw.com/international to view the plans available. When on the page, click on "Interactive Trip Planner". Select the country visiting, type of device and the device that they have. All the trip information needed is listed.
