I live in Cranford, Nj near the Kenilworth boarder and I have spotty coverage in my own home. I cannot maintain a signal beyond 1x on the main floor. On the second and third floors, I receive 4G signals without a problem. I find it odd seeing as there is a Verizon building down the block and a Verizon Wireless office in downtown Cranford. Can a Customer Service representative please help me?
