When I switched from 1400 minutes and a data plan to unlimited minutes and the same data plan, I saved $20 per month. My husband has a Verizon I-Phone,too, so we saved $10 each per month. I had to ask for a review of my bill to learn this information. Then I called to ask for a Senior Discount, and found that I could save another $20 per month by changing from a 2 GB data plan to a 1 GB data plan. No information was ever available for me to know I had that option.
In keeping with Verizon's reputation of rudeness with customers, I asked for some account credit, and was interrupted continually by the 3rd tier service rep. If someone from Verizon will call me, I will provide more details.
My question is whether the 3rd tier rep would have any authority to grant my request for account credit.
