This post is especially for Tidbits and Ann154. AT&T has just come out with an unlimited everything plan for $45.00. Isn't competition a valuable tool, wake up Verizon. Now to my real complaint, one of you, I don't exactly remember who it was, stated, that filing a complaint with an agency will get you no results. I filed a complaint with the FCC regarding 1 to 2 bar signal in my area which disrupts (breaks up conversation). Yesterday I heard from a person by the name of Nicole/Executive office, stating that the FCC had received my complaint and that Verizon should take immediate action regarding the problem. I have her phone # as well but will not give it out for obvious reasons. She stated to me that she will send out techs to look over the problem and if it cannot be resolved I can cancel my line without the ETF. I know it will not be resolved since the poor signal quality has been going on for years and I am fed up with it. PASSIVE RESISTANCE WILL GET YOU NOWHERE, file complaints and like I said before the more people file complaints, especially with the Attorney General's Office, the chock hold applied by Verizon will stop.
