Phone calls not coming to my phone--possible service outage? (Central WI)

Since yesterday afternoon, I've been unable to receive phone calls.

People can call me and it will ring on their end, but nothing happens on my end. Not ringing, not even a missed call notification after the caller hangs up. I've tried resetting every settings option on my phone, but nothing has helped.

I'm able to send and receive text messages just fine.

Is there a possible service outage? How do I fix this?

I use my phone for work and am going to have many unhappy clients if I continue to miss their phone calls.

That is really odd that you aren't able to call out on your phone. I don't have any alerts over the past few days in WI. When you power the phone off/on and dial #832 (test call) what happens?

Do you hear an error message or does the phone to anything in particular? Is there a good signal on the phone? I look forward to your reply in order to resolve this, kakrueger31.
