No Service and on MyVerizon it says "Pending Order"

I just switched back to my iphone 5 and have no service. The only texts I can send out are from my icloud iMessages, and I can't make calls or use any of my apps without having my wifi on. On my Mac it is using my phone number to send texts, but my iPhone will not. I went on MyVerizon and it said that my Order was Pending... what does that mean? and how long will it be pending for, because I would like to be able to use my phone tomorrow.

I am sorry your having trouble with your device. A pending order can mean that the updating of your device on the network needs a few minutes to be completed. However, were you able to go back online to see if the order had finished processing. Try power cycling your device after the order has completed to see if you're able to make calls and send texts when off of wi-fi.
