The green android robot was lying on his back with his chest plate open and there was a red triangle with an exclamation point inside.
Actually it means that the phone couldn't load the system software.
Probably a failed update that corrupted it. Glad they at least overnighted you a phone.
It means the system didn't reboot properly. An update failed? An app caused a crash? Any number of things could have happened. What was the situation when this happened?
You can try removing the battery (if it's removable) or otherwise restarting the phone. A bit more information about what you were doing when this occurred, and what model phone you have would be helpful.
Thank you SuzyQ. I have a droid razr m. I wasn't doing anything when it happened. I took it off the charger as I was leaving work and starting driving home. I noticed it when I reached for the phone to make a call. I have tried to reset multiple times but all without success. Called Verizon from work today and they could not help. Sending me a replacement phone overnight. Should get it tomorrow before noon.
