Outage in Dallas/Addison area for 3G/4G?

The time is now 5:07PM, and apparently my phone has not had any kind of service for an hour or so now. I have an iphone 4S, and I attempted to reboot the phone and/or reset the cell service. However, I still receive an error message of no service. Furthermore, my co-worker has an iphone 5, and his 4G LTE also has zero bars. Any idea if this could be verified or resolved?

In Coppell, no service for the last hour.

I'm having same issue as well and so is my friend. Able to use WiFi service still but not phone services. Service keeps bouncing from No Service to no bars then to 1 bar

You can connect if you have an iPhone to wifi and send iMessage. But that is the only way I can get anything and only to iPhone owners

Razr M in North Dallas, Razr Maxx in downtown and iPhone downtown. All can not receive or make calls, but texts work.

Droid RAZR Maxx HD here and lost service at 4:42 pm. Had service before that, but then had nothing. It kind of came back around at about 5:05, but it was spotty. Unfortunately, I still have no service. Received a very weird text at 5:20 pm though from 6250 that read VZWNMN:1 Really strange.

Apparently its now all of Texas affected according to a Verizon CSR I was able to reach from a wired phone.

Knew there was a reason I kept that wired line....

Anyone from Verizon want to tell us when we can expect to rely on your service again?

Same here in Garland - I am the on-call RN for emergency cardiac surgery... and foolishly choose to not get a land-line when we moved into our new house a month ago.

In Far North Dallas, no service since 3:30pm or so...

Really strange, no 9-1-1 or anything.

Downtown to east Dallas my phone isn't working. Mother in Law in Garland isn't working, niece in Royce City isn't working either. Gotta love when this happens!!

I love how they turned off the chat services and posted NO information stating there is an outage. I am in Carrollton TX.. no service for over an hour. Any find a place for an update?

My Text messages are working, but I can't call out. Just found out my daughter has been trying to call me. She finally texted me and that is working.

Any place on the verizon site that will give an update?
