No Service inside a house in Sun Prairie WI 53590 near YMCA

So inside my moms house on the first floor we don't get service on our Verizon phones. Does anyone know why this might be. Is there anything we can do to improve this? You can get some reception on the 2nd floor in the guest bedroom but for the most part her house is a dead zone. There is no service on the phones. I am looking for any adivce or suggestions.

The construction of the house, the wiring, the trees around the house, the other buildings nearby blocking the line of sight to the tower.

Those are just some of the reasons for poor service inside a building.
