Trying to decide if I should keep Verizon as my Carrier.

I have been on and off with Verizon since i was 14. Only changed providers if Verizon was not covered in an area.

I have 2 months left on my service and I have been left disappointed. I have no cell service at work. Mostly just inside but sometimes i have problems outside. I have to go outside to take a call which is ridiculousness. And the drive to and from work I have issues with people not being able to hear me or me not being able to hear them. Even sometimes the call drops a few times.

I manage 11 people at work everyday so I need my phone to receive calls/texts all day. So if i can't get help, I might have to leave Verizon.

No carrier promises coverage indoors. There's various reasons for this. You can always try other providers.

All the other providers have 100% service in the building. Just not verizon.

AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint etc.

Probably because they have towers a lot closer than Verizon does which helps with building penetration. I am just letting you know if you read any carrier terms that they all don't promise in building coverage.

If the other carriers offer better coverage then it should be a no brained honestly.

I have both issues inside and outside... so eitherway something should be done...
