I just want to say Thank You to Brandon and Kira for their help on Christmas Eve. I needed to register my wife's new phone and transfer two phone lines to some old smart phones for my kids. They were very helpful, working with me past midnight to get it all done. They even called back later to make sure it all worked. This kind of quality customer service is hard to find anymore and when I experience it I really appreciate it. Makes the expensive cell phone bill more tolerable when I am dealing with people who actually care about the customers. Hats off to Verizon and their customer service team. Happy New Year!
