If the iPhone 5 airplane mode and wifi are turned ON but "Voice & Data Roaming" is turned OFF while overseas (with no international plan purchased beforehand), is there still a risk of incurring roaming charges? For example, would roaming be possible while the phone is trying to connect to a wifi network?
