I get paid by my state for part of my job as a daycare provider. I have received a discount for as long as I've had Verizon. Now they want me to renew this discount, the problem is, I do not get any type of paper paycheck or proof, other than a monthly statement of my account where my paycheck gets deposited. I have made calls to agencies involved, and one does not have any person I can talk to. The other gave me a site I can check and all that has is how much I have made, not who actually paid me or anything that shows proof of the state paying me. I have emailed Verizon once and as you can guess, got NO help. They told me to get a copy of my paycheck. I don't get a paper copy and have no way to get one. It's directly deposited in an account every month and I have a debit card for the account. I get a statement and I get a print out at tax time as to what I made. That's it. I have a state license and get paid by the state every month, but now because I don't get a paper paycheck, I will lose my discount??? I am becoming less and less impressed with Verizon with each month that goes by (at one point, they had my bill as $1650 for a month because someone messed up our plan!!!!) So, anyone have ANY suggestions that may be more helpful that what I have gotten so far?? TIA!
